There are two main credit reference agencies in the UK. They are supplied with information about you by your creditors and include recent credit applications and the way you manage your existing commitments. Any problems will be noted and could compromise your ability to get credit in the future.
Both credit reference agencies will supply your credit records for £2: however you need to supply your name and address including all addresses you have lived at over the past six years. This can be done either by letter, or by logging onto the sites below. If the information the credit reference agencies hold about you is inaccurate you can insist that they correct it.
